Mushroom and beef -JeonGol


It is not my recipe but my friend's.

It has been almost six month since I came to this area. My friend ,Mikyung, came here 2 years ago. Since she was the only friend who live in the U.S., so I came here. Anyway, about a month ago she invited me and treated dinner. The menu was mushroon and beef JoenGol.
It was her first try and she cooked it successfully.

Firtst, prepare various kinds of mushroom.(p'yogo mushroom, song-i mushroom, agaric, etc)
Season the beef with spices : chopped garlic, soybean sauce, chopped green onions, pepper, sugar, sesame oil.
Second, put mushrooms , vegetables(whatever you want), noodle and seasoned beef into a wide pan and arrange them look tasty.

Third, make broth with dried anchovy and sea tangle. And pour it into pan.

Fourth, boil them. When the ingredients are gotten cooked, eat them with soybean sauce.

That day every guest praised her. GooD job! Mikyung!

It looks so beautiful in the picture! I love different kinds of mushrooms, so I'm sure I would like this. I don't know what "sea tangle" is though? Is it a kind of seaweed?
